Individual 8th grade students will be able to shadow Sequoia students on most Wednesdays between September 24, 2024 and January 29, 2025.
Shadowing space is limited, and these dates will fill very quickly. If your student is not seriously considering Sequoia as an option for high school, please do not sign up to shadow. Please leave the spot for another student who is considering their options.
If you have questions about Shadowing, please contact Director of Student Activities Corey Uhalde: cuhalde@seq.org. Please do not call the school with questions. All shadowing questions will be addressed via email, usually within 48 hours! Thank you!
Looking forward to seeing you on campus.
PROGRAMA de Visitar a la Escuela Sequoia por un día para estudiantes del octavo grado.
Overview
A shadow day is an opportunity for eighth grade students to spend the day at Sequoia and experience what it’s like to be a member of the Sequoia family.
An optional parent information session will be available
Our Hosts are trained to help you get the most of your shadow experience and can't wait to meet you! Each host will be paired with one or two shadows.
You may request your host and you may request to be paired with another shadow.
We make every effort to match eighth grade students with one of our hosts based on their interests (class schedule, extra-curricular activities, etc.)
Bring a book/homework to work with in the event that there is a test scheduled in one of the classes that you attend.
